Assembly of the PENCO Rivet-Rite Double-Rivet Shelving is simple. Just insert shelf level rivets into adjacent T- or angle post slots and it's ready to load. Brace-free design provides complete access to inventory from all four sides. Roll-formed steel framing for extra stability. Shelves adjust in 11/2" increments. 16-gauge steel posts; 16-gauge steel shelf frames. Starters include: (4) angle posts and (4) shelf levels.Add-ons include: (2) T-posts and (4) shelf levels. Three decking choices: no decking allows you to customize your shelving unit; 5/8" thick industrial-grade particleboard (72" and 96" boards ship in two pieces); or epoxy-coated 2x4" wire mesh. Safety load factor is 1.92 for posts and 1.65 for shelf frames. Chip-resistant baked enamel finish. Color: putty. NOTE: 48x24x84" starter with particleboard decking shown. NOTE: All required shelf supports are included. NOTE: Shelf capacities based on evenly distributed loads
